Adam Dicker from dnforum

Listened to an interview at
http://www.domainsherpa.com/adam-dicker-dnforum-interview/ - this site seems to have a bunch of interviews with top domain name people.

Notes on their interview:

Adam bought 600 domain names that had to do with cord banks, cord blood, cord blood storage.

examples:
alaska cordbank com and alabama cordbank com they redirect to usacordbank com

Gets $700 for each customer to signs up for cord bank company where he sends the traffic, set up a partnership with small company and shares in the profits and expenses.

Only likes .com or .ca

uses traffic travis.

goes to smaller partners and gets $700, larger companies will only pay $200 for each sale.

search forums, facebook, twitter, try to ad link in signature, article marketing using ezinearticles

build pages, facebook, and other social media...

did swimming pool removals lead generation site, look for things that are big ticket items and try for them, more money in it.

more competition with limo company, because they look at several companies before they make a decision.

9 out of 10 don't work out when you try to develop sites.

I went to his site dnf college site tried twice to sign up and it looks like this site doesn't take any new signups,
either that or it's just being used to capture your email address,
but they never sent me any email so not sure if they are selling my email or if their site is just not working.

and when you go to dn forums it has a college section that has some BS about giving back,
but you have to pay $200 a year for them to give back to you, what a load of cr@p.

Interesting how after I read some of his advertising and listened to him talk about helping people I was really buying into it. Then when I look at how he is trying to use that to make a profit off people it really makes me doubt everything he said and wonder if any of it was true or if it was all just a big plan to sell more stuff.

They also are pushing a pdf about "buying and selling domain names" I got a copy and I was really disappointed, I had already done a few google searches and I got more information that was much better for free off google, so glad I didn't pay the $70 to read the basic pdf.

his main site is dcg com - interesting this site offers website design, and it also uses black hat key word spamming on the main page, but maybe he doesn't care about google traffic to this site.
