I would say this software would be slightly easier to fix that phpCOIN,
although this one seems to have less support, the people who wrote it gave up about 5 years ago.
There are instructions to start the software and enter a customer, order and invoice. There is the same problem as with phpCOIN in that you don't know what it is doing or when it will send out emails.
I was thinking about trying to modify this one enough to make it work, but I realized that the first email I wanted to go out needs to have two payments on it, and I want different text to different customers depending on how they pay, I also want the domain names to be notified more than a month in advance, but the hosting can be a week or less without any problem.
I was thinking that the calendar program on google might work, the major drawback is that there would be no backup, but then I started thinking I really should keep a written backup anyway.
