What works so far.
Ping.fm - this site will read a RSS feed and send out the title plus a link back to the original post, which is pretty much what you want for twitter or any other micro blog.

- with wordpress you can not include in the TO: field with other email addresses or it will not publish, you can put the address in the CC or BCC field, or you can put the other addresses in the BCC and it will publish.

http://feeds.feedburner.com/TheUtopiaForum - this is the same feed on feedburner, will email out, and post to twitter.
http://hundredbling.blogspot.com/ - on this page you can sign up to have the above feed emailed to you.
http://utopiaforum.posterous.com/ - this site will also publish from other emails if you sent to the right email address and they are added as contributors first.
